Terms & Agreement

By accessing mrvoip.com or using Mr. VoIP's tools, APIs, or services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or tools.

Mr. VoIP provides add-on call-center software and tooling for 3CX phone systems, such as CRM integrations, reporting, wallboards, and dialers. Mr. VoIP is an independent company. 3CX is a trademark of its owner; Mr. VoIP's tools work with 3CX but are not made, endorsed, or warranted by 3CX Ltd. You are responsible for holding any 3CX licenses you need.

Our tools are provided for use with 3CX installations you own or are authorised to administer. You agree not to:

• use the site or tools unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data, or a 3CX system you do not administer;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping, brute-force key guessing, or overloading it;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer our software except as permitted by law or a written agreement with us.

The forever-free 3CX APIs and related sample code are provided “as is” for use with your own 3CX system. “Free” refers to price. We may update, limit, or discontinue any free API or sample, and support for them is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for testing them before using them in production.

The License Checker shows the company name, email, expiry date, remaining days, and status associated with a license key. Results reflect our records at the time of the check and are for information only; they are not a legal confirmation of entitlement. Only check keys you hold or are authorised to check. How we handle the information you enter is described in our Privacy Policy.

Partner Program tiers, discounts, and requirements shown on this site (for example, the Premium and Affiliated tiers) are a summary. Your participation is governed by the terms agreed when you join the program, which prevail if they differ from this page. We may change program benefits and requirements with reasonable notice and may decline or end a partnership in line with that agreement.

Prices, scope, delivery, and support for paid tools and custom development are set out in the quote, order, or agreement we provide to you. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until we confirm it in writing.

The website, its content, and our software and tools are owned by Mr. VoIP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the tools as described here or in a written agreement, no rights are granted. Third-party names and logos, including 3CX and CRM brands, belong to their owners and are used to identify compatibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through our forms. You grant us permission to use it to respond to you and deliver what you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send us confidential credentials or call recordings through the website forms.

The website and free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Compatibility with your 3CX version, CRM, or environment is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. VoIP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of the site or free tools. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or free tools is limited to S$100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Paid services are subject to the liability terms in their own agreement.

You agree to indemnify Mr. VoIP against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unauthorised use of the site, tools, or a 3CX system.

The website links to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may change or withdraw parts of the site and update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
