Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data Mr. VoIP collects through mrvoip.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using this website you acknowledge this policy; see also our Terms & Agreement.

1. Who we are

This website, mrvoip.com, is operated by Mr. VoIP (“Mr. VoIP”, “we”, “us”), headquartered at 27 New Industrial Road, #03-06, Novelty Techpoint, Singapore 536212. For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, Mr. VoIP is the organisation responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us about this policy at sales@mrvoip.com or through our Contact page.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the site and respond to you:

  • Information you submit. Name, email address, company, phone number, country, and the content of your message when you use the contact, partner-application, free-API or trial forms.
  • Live chat. Your name, email address, the messages you send, and the page you were on when you started the chat. Staff can also see that a visitor is browsing the site (page address and approximate location) before any chat is started.
  • License keys. When you use the License Checker, the key you enter, which we use only to look up the license's company name, email, expiry date, and status.
  • Usage data. Pages visited, referring page, device and browser type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and interaction events, collected through our analytics tool.
  • Technical and security data. IP address and request metadata processed by our hosting provider and by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep forms and chat safe from abuse.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and this site is not directed at children.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the sales, partner, and support information you ask for.
  • To process partner applications and administer the Partner Program.
  • To check a license key and show you the result.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve its content and performance.
  • To protect the site against spam, abuse, and security threats, and to meet legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf:

  • Cal4Care, our licensing and back-office systems provider, which receives the license key you enter in the License Checker and returns its details, and which handles partner and sales records.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website and processes request data to deliver it.
  • helpdesk.guru, our help desk and ticketing system, which receives everything you submit through our forms and live chat so our team can respond, and which sends you confirmation and reply emails.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which assesses whether a form submission comes from a human and is subject to the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Pusher, which delivers live-chat messages in real time.
  • PostHog, our product-analytics provider.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honour this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics, which may set cookies or similar identifiers, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Cloudflare Turnstile may set cookies as part of its security checks, and live chat keeps your chat session and a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage so a conversation can resume after a refresh. You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; parts of the site, such as forms protected by Turnstile or live chat, may not work without them.

7. International transfers

We operate from Singapore and several other countries, and our providers process data in other regions, including the United States. Where personal data leaves your country we take steps, such as contractual safeguards, to keep it protected to a standard comparable to this policy.

8. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and partner-application data for as long as needed to deal with your request and our ongoing business relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained in aggregated or time-limited form. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and access to data is limited to people and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, and receive a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@mrvoip.com. We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time the law requires.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you may also complain to your local data-protection authority, for example the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
