3CX API Integration with Mr. VoIP's Call Recording API

Agents shouldn't have to leave their CRM to find a past call. Mr. VoIP's Call Recording API saves recordings from your 3CX server directly into your CRM, covering both one-on-one calls and conference calls, with the HTTPI protocol enforcing security in transit. From there, recordings can be managed, searched, played, compressed, archived or exported as MP3 without hopping between systems.
